📌 Position: Career Counsellor (IT Courses)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Location: Egmore, Chennai

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Counsel students on IT programs such as Full Stack Development, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, and other tech-oriented training programs.

Conduct telephonic, walk-in, and online counselling sessions to guide learners toward the right career path.

Manage the complete admission conversion process through effective lead handling and follow-ups.

Convert inquiries from social media, referrals, and marketing campaigns into enrollments.

Update and track leads effectively using CRM software.

Meet monthly admission and revenue targets while ensuring excellent student experience.

Participate in events, seminars, and webinars for lead generation and brand awareness.

🔹 Skills Required

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Strong sales & convincing ability

Understanding of IT career paths (preferred)

CRM knowledge & disciplined follow-up skills

Target-oriented and student-focused approach
