Position Details

Role: Career Counsellor – Educational Sales

Experience: 0 – 2 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 per month + Variable Incentives

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and career opportunities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain course details and resolve student queries

• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into successful admissions

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission status

• Achieve assigned counselling and enrollment targets

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processing

⚠ Note: Target orientation and strong communication skills are mandatory.

Required Skills

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Strong counselling and persuasion abilities

✔ Basic sales and negotiation skills

✔ Good follow-up and time management skills

✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office and online communication tools

✔ Ability to work independently in a remote work environment

Eligibility

• 0 – 2 years of experience in Educational Counselling / Sales / Telecalling

• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
