Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and parents.

Understand student requirements and counsel them on suitable programs and courses.

Convert leads into confirmed enrollments through effective follow-ups and relationship building.

Maintain updated knowledge of all programs offered by the university.

Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Maintain records of interactions using the CRM tool.
