An Online Store Sales Executive drives digital revenue by managing product listings, processing online orders, and providing customer support via email, chat, or social media. They focus on converting web traffic into sales, optimizing the customer journey, managing inventory levels, and implementing digital marketing strategies to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation & Conversion: Achieving daily, monthly, and annual sales targets by managing the end-to-end online sales process.
E-commerce Management: Listing products, maintaining inventory accuracy, updating pricing, and enhancing product descriptions for better visibility.
Customer Engagement: Responding promptly to inquiries via live chat, email, or social media, resolving complaints, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Digital Marketing Support: Executing promotional campaigns, managing marketing offers, and identifying trends to increase web traffic.
Order Processing: Coordinating with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and tracking.
Reporting & Analysis: Analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and reporting on performance, including conversion rates and customer feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMart) and CRM software.
