We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The role involves making domestic calls to potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound domestic calls to prospective customers.
Explain products/services clearly and handle customer queries.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Convince customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer and call records using MS Excel.
Build positive relationships with customers and provide good service.
Coordinate with the team to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in telesales or telecalling preferred.
Minimum 12th Pass qualification.
Good Hindi communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Open to all genders.
Job Details:
Location: Picnic Garden, Kolkata
Shift: Day Shift
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
