About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency, IT services, advertising, or other service-based company.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting suitable digital marketing solutions, and converting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle B2B sales and acquire new clients for digital marketing services.

• Communicate with potential and existing clients to understand their business requirements.

• Explain and pitch services such as SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Lead Generation, E-commerce Marketing, etc.

• Conduct client calls, presentations, and online meetings.

• Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain a proper sales pipeline.

• Prepare proposals and quotations based on client requirements.

• Negotiate with clients and effectively close deals.

• Coordinate with the digital marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

• Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 0-6 years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development.

• Candidates with experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or other service-based company will be preferred.

• Prior experience in selling digital marketing services will be an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of B2B sales and lead conversion.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Good convincing and presentation abilities.

• Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing services.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experienced in selling services rather than only products.

• Comfortable with cold calling and client follow-ups.

• Confident in speaking with business owners, decision-makers, and potential clients.

• Has a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred.
