Core Responsibilities
• Task Delegation: Assign daily duties and projects based on individual team members' strengths.
• Goal & KPI Setting: Establish clear performance metrics, deadlines, and project milestones.
• Coaching & Training: Onboard new staff, deliver skill training, and provide regular performance feedback.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor daily operations and compile progress reports for senior management.
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve team disputes or workflow roadblocks early.
• Communication: Relay company policies, updates, and strategic goals down to the team level.
