Job Title: Team Lead – Travel & Tourism

Location: Rohini

Experience Required: 3–4 Years

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 (In-hand) + Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Lead – Travel & Tourism to manage and guide a team while driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the travel and tourism industry with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of travel consultants/executives

Drive sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

Handle customer queries, escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction

Plan and execute strategies to improve bookings and revenue

Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback/training

Coordinate with vendors, airlines, hotels, and travel partners

Ensure smooth end-to-end travel planning (domestic & international packages)

Maintain MIS reports and performance dashboards

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong team management and leadership skills

Proven experience in sales and customer support in travel & tourism

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Knowledge of travel booking systems and itinerary planning

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Customer-focused approach with attention to detail

Eligibility Criteria:

3–4 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry

Prior experience in handling a team is mandatory

Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Travel preferred)
