**INTERNSHIP – IRO / CUSTOMER SUPPORT INTERN**
**LOCATION:** Pioneer House A, Noida Sector 16
**DURATION:** 3 Months

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (45–50 CALLS/HANDLES PER DAY)**
* Handle customer queries through **PHONE / EMAIL / CHAT**.
* Retrieve and provide **ACCURATE INFORMATION** to customers.
* Assist customers in the **ONBOARDING PROCESS (INONE ONBOARD)**.
* Maintain **RECORDS**, update **CRM**, and coordinate with internal teams.
* Achieve **DAILY TARGETS** and maintain **QUALITY STANDARDS**.
**REQUIREMENTS**
* **GRADUATE / POSTGRADUATE / UNDERGRADUATE / PURSUING ANY DEGREE** can apply.
* **EXCELLENT OR DECENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS**.
* Willing to work in **ROTATIONAL SHIFTS**.
