Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for Xiaomi’s inbound voice process. The role involves handling customer queries efficiently, providing accurate information, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining professional communication.

Salary Details:

Fresher (Undergraduates/Graduates): ₹20,000 take-home | CTC ₹25,000
Experienced (Min. 6 months, Undergraduates/Graduates): ₹22,000 take-home | CTC ₹27,000

Eligibility & Qualification:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Mandatory)
Graduates are also eligible
Experience: Freshers or candidates with minimum 6 months of experience

Language Requirements:

Good English communication with Versant score 3–4
