Job Overview:
We are hiring (6–1 year of experience) for Voice Process roles across multiple client projects. This position requires handling inbound/outbound calls and providing excellent customer service. Training and support will be provided to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls for different client processes (e.g., e-commerce, logistics, retail).
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to operational procedures and targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate / Postgraduate
Languages: English and Hindi ( fluency)
Experience: 0–6 months
Good communication and basic computer skills
Salary and Benefits:
Take-home Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹18,000/month
Incentives: Performance-based, up to ₹40,000/month
