JOB TITLE : Customer Support Executive – Sales

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
• Handle customer interactions professionally through calls and messages.
• Execution of work according to the SOPs
• Support sales through customer engagement, order assistance, and product guidance.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure smooth query resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support activities.
• Promote featured items/sale items to customers
EXPERIENCE
0–1 year of experience in customer support, tele-calling, sales support, or customer handling roles.
Freshers with strong communication skills and learning ability may also apply.
BASIC QUALIFICATION
• 12th Pass / B.Com / Any similar qualification.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Basic computer knowledge and customer handling skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle customer calls and inquiries professionally.
• Assist customers with orders, product information, and support.
• Follow up with customers for order updates and issue resolution.
• Support sales through customer engagement and communication.
• Maintain customer records and daily call updates.
