Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Relationship Management: Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and
chat. Ensure timely and professional communication with both prospective and existing clients.
• Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team in tracking and processing orders, preparing sales quotes, and
maintaining up-to-date sales records.
• Post-Sales Support: Manage customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with
timely resolutions.
• Client Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and offer support with
product usage or additional purchases.
• Assisting with Sales Campaigns and Promotions.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly sales and customer service reports for management review through sales
report.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, sales or related field. Graduate in BMS or similar course.
• Speaking and writing skills to include efficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (if possible)
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere with excellent analytical,
organisational, project management and time management skills.
• Drafting of Emails & Messages.
• Well-versed with Microsoft Office (Excel specially for data analysis and extracting useful insights.
• Knowledge of gardening or agricultural products is a plus.
