The Role
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Executive to join our team in Marol. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our users, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience across all communication channels. You will play a critical part in maintaining customer loyalty by resolving issues efficiently and providing expert guidance on our products.
Key Responsibilities
Omnichannel Support: Manage inbound and outbound communications via calls, emails, and chat to resolve customer queries.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve technical or service-related issues promptly and professionally.
Product Expertise: Provide clear and accurate information regarding Carnot’s Agri-tech products, services, and company policies.
Internal Coordination: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments to ensure a timely fix.
Data Management: Accurately update and maintain customer records and account information within the internal CRM/system.
Customer Advocacy: Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
Work Schedule & Strategy
To better serve our growing community, Carnot Technologies has transitioned to a 7-day support model.
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
Working Days: 6 days a week.
Detail: You will be required to work at least 2 Sundays per month.
Weekly Offs: On weeks where you work a Sunday, you will receive a compensatory week-off between Monday and Friday. On other weeks, you will have a standard Sunday off.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in customer support, tele-calling, or a client-facing role is preferred.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and basic office software.
