Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an outbound telesales process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telesales or customer calling and must be comfortable handling outbound sales calls in a fast-paced environment.

Rolls and Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads

Pitch products/services and generate interest

Explain offerings clearly and confidently

Handle customer objections and queries professionally

Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Maintain proper call logs and reports

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi

Confident with outbound telesales calling

Ability to handle targets and meet deadlines

Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM updates

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
