We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with a background in the automobile/car industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information, promote services, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls.
Explain car care services/products.
Generate leads & schedule appointments.
Maintain customer records & follow-ups.
Requirements:
2–3 years telecalling/customer support experience.
Good communication & convincing skills.
Knowledge of automobile industry preferred.
