Position: Customer Support Executive – Election Survey

Job Summary

We are looking for Customer Support Executives to conduct Goa election-related surveys through phone calls. The candidate will communicate with respondents, explain the purpose of the survey, collect accurate responses, and update survey information in the system.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to respondents for election surveys.

- Communicate clearly and professionally in Konkani.

- Explain the survey questions and purpose to respondents.

- Record accurate responses without influencing the respondent.

- Handle questions or concerns politely.

- Maintain accurate survey records and update the CRM/system.

- Complete assigned daily survey and calling targets.

- Escalate technical or process-related issues to the supervisor.

- Maintain confidentiality of respondent information.

- Follow all company guidelines and approved survey procedures.

Language Requirement

Mandatory: Fluent in Konkani.

Knowledge of Hindi, Marathi, or English will be an added advantage.

Eligibility & Skills

- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.

- Freshers can apply.

- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, BPO, survey, or field research is an advantage.

- Good communication and listening skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to accurately capture and record responses.

- Comfortable with outbound calling and daily targets.
