Ivory Squid PLC Indore brings you the opportunity to Join Airtel Black as a Customer Support Executive

Hiring Alert – Airtel Black (Customer Support Executive)

Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore

Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Role:

- Handle inbound customer calls for Airtel Black services

- Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction

- Maintain proper call records

Eligibility:

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or similar role

- Good communication skills

Shifts:

- Male: Rotational

- Female: Between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Work Days: 5 days/week with rotational offs

Salary:

Experienced: ₹16,500 (in-hand) + ₹2,000 Performance Incentives

Freshers: 10.5k - 15.5k

Training:

- 40–45 days of training

- ₹400/day stipend during training
