Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide accurate resolutions, and assist with troubleshooting and service-related concerns. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in customer-focused approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced support environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
Assist customers with troubleshooting and service-related issues.
Handle queries related to prepaid and postpaid services.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and guidance.
Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining service quality standards.
Communicate professionally, politely, and courteously with customers.
Effectively communicate with customers in English and Hindi.
Maintain a positive customer experience throughout every interaction.
Follow defined processes, quality standards, and company guidelines.
