Customer Service Executive / Customer Support Executive
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through inbound calls, emails, and/or chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, accounts, and processes.
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally within defined timelines.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the concerned team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Achieve assigned quality, productivity, AHT, and customer satisfaction targets.
Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.
Eligibility
Education: HSC / Graduate preferred.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can be considered.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM/tools.
Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, if required.
