Job Overview:
We are hiring Inbound Sales Executives for the Acko Car Insurance Process. The role involves handling incoming inquiries, pitching Acko’s car insurance products, and converting leads into successful sales. This is a great opportunity for candidates with a sales mindset and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from potential customers interested in car insurance.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans.
Convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion.
Maintain follow-ups and ensure timely closure of leads.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM system accurately.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication in English & Hindi is mandatory.
Must be fluent in any one South Indian regional language (Tamil or Telugu).
Strong selling and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 6 months of Sales experience (Inbound or Outbound).
Educational Qualification: PUC (12th Pass) or any Graduate.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
Take Home Salary: Up to ₹28,000/month + Upto 44k Incentives
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹55,000/month (based on achievement)
Attractive incentive structure based on monthly targets.
