Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to broadband/telecom services.
Assist customers with installation, activation, connectivity issues, billing queries, and plan upgrades.
Troubleshoot basic technical problems and escalate complex issues to the technical team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints while maintaining high service quality.
Coordinate with field engineers for service requests, installations, and site visits.
Provide information on new plans, offers, and service-related updates.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Maintain a professional tone and deliver excellent customer experience at all times.
Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language as applicable).
Basic understanding of internet, broadband, routers, and telecom services.
Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
