URGENT HIRING FOR L&T PROCESS

Designation: Customer Support Executive (Telecalling Process)

Job Location: Powai – L&T

Job Type: Outbound Lead Generation / Telecalling Process

Job Role:

We are hiring experienced candidates for the L&T Personal Loan Process for an outbound telecalling profile.

Eligibility Criteria:

· HSC Pass mandatory

· Only experienced candidates can apply

· Male & Female both can apply

· Basic to good communication skills required

Shift Timings:

· 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
OR

· 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

✅ Fixed Week Off

Salary Package:

· ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 Gross (for basic/average communication skills)

· ₹16,000 – ₹19,000 In-Hand + Very Attractive Incentives (for candidates with good communication skills)

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle outbound calls for the personal loan process

· Generate leads and explain product details to customers

· Maintain follow-ups and coordinate with interested customers

· Achieve daily and monthly targets
