Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers to address queries, concerns, and complaints.

  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

  • Handle escalations and manage aggressive or challenging situations with calm and tact.

  • Liaise with creditors to manage account-related discussions and settlements.

  • Coordinate with legal advocates on relevant customer or creditor cases, ensuring smooth information flow and follow-ups.
