Experience Required: 6 Months to 1 Year (Relevant Experience Preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

• Support customers and respond to enquiries professionally

• Explain products and services to customers

• Follow up with customers regularly

• Maintain customer records and daily reports

• Good communication skills in Tamil and English
