Hiring: Customer Support Executive – Flavia Creation (Label Flavia)

📍 Location: Jaipur
🕒 Full-time | Office-based

Flavia Creation, the brand behind Label Flavia, is looking for a dedicated and confident Customer Support Executive to handle our growing online business for women’s garments.

✨ Job Responsibilities

Customer Support (Calls & WhatsApp)
- Attend customer calls regarding delayed parcels, size issues, exchanges, and product-related complaints.
- Provide polite and clear communication with customers.
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Convert incoming leads for wholesale and retail orders.
- Explain collections, new launches, offers, and pricing to customers.
Operational Tasks
- Handle basic Excel entries, order management, and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with courier partners for parcel issues.

✨ Required Skills

Basic English understanding & speaking ability.
Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English).
Knowledge of Excel & basic computer operations.
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
