Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries through calls and Inperson.
Provide information about our services and packages.
Schedule appointments and follow up with leads.
Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when required.
Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve service targets.

Requirements:

Any Graduate/Diploma.
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
