Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Provide product/service information to customers
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customer queries patiently
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Working Hours:
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
