Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/emails
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain records of customer interactions
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate
Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
