Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client queries related to legal services via phone, email, or chat

• Explain legal procedures, timelines, and required documents

• Generate and qualify leads by reaching out to potential clients

• Coordinate with legal teams and update clients on case progress

• Follow up for documents and ensure timely issue resolution

• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on leads and client interactions
  

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, Bengali and English preferred

• Strong persuasion and lead generation skills

• Basic understanding of legal services or terminology (training will be provided)

• Patience, empathy, and ability to handle sensitive issues

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Good organizational and follow-up skills

Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification:12th Pass

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, tele-sales, or legal support

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
