🎯 Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound & outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
Guide students and parents on platform onboarding, course selection, and usage.
Provide technical support for login, payments, and content access issues.
Handle queries efficiently and maintain support tickets.
Ensure customer satisfaction with proactive solutions.
Collect feedback and share insights to improve services.
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
Gujarati proficiency (verbal & written) is mandatory.
1–3 years of experience in customer support (EdTech/online education preferred).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM tools and support software.
Ability to multitask with a customer-first mindset.
