Job Description – Customer Support Associate

Process: IPRU – ICICI Prudential (Inbound)

Role Overview:
We are hiring Customer Support Associates for the ICICI Prudential inbound process. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries, and providing accurate information related to policies and services.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner

  • Address customer queries related to ICICI Prudential products and services

  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues within defined timelines

  • Maintain proper call records and customer details

  • Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines

Job Details:

  • Position: Customer Support Associate

  • Process Type: Inbound

  • Working Days: 6 days (Sunday fixed off)

  • Shift Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Fixed Shift)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Undergraduate or Graduate candidates
