• Role: Virtual Relationship Manager

• Location: Whitefield ITPL Tech Park, Bangalore

• Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Weekly Off: Sundays + 1st, 2nd, and 4th Saturdays

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through virtual calls and emails.

• Provide financial advice and promote banking products (loans, credit cards, savings plans).

• Achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Address inquiries, maintain accurate records, and identify cross-selling opportunities.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com/BBA) mandatory.

• Experience:

• Freshers: Eligible to apply.

• 1-2 years experience in sales, customer support, or banking preferred.

• Languages Required:

• Malayalam

💰 Compensation:

• Freshers: ₹18,000 CTC (In-hand ₹15,200)

• 1 Year Experience: ₹21,000 CTC (In-hand ₹17,000+)

• 2 Years Experience: ₹22,000 CTC (In-hand ₹18,200)
