Customer Success Associate

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for the position of Customer Success Associate to support a leading domestic insurance process. You will be responsible for advising potential customers on suitable insurance products through outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective customers via outbound calls.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (Health, Motor, or Life Insurance).

• Build rapport and trust with customers by providing accurate information and addressing concerns.

• Maintain updated records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team.

• Ensure high-quality communication with zero MTI/RTI, grammatical, or pronunciation errors.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi.

• No Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI).

• Clear pronunciation with correct grammar and sentence structure.

• Sales acumen and ability to persuade effectively.

• Proficiency in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
