Customer Service officer

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our Motor & Health Insurance sales team. The role involves engaging with customers over phone calls, understanding their insurance needs, explaining product features, and closing sales in a professional and customer-centric manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers for Motor & Health Insurance.

• Explain insurance products, benefits, premium details, and coverage options.

• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans.

• Generate leads, follow up with warm leads, and convert them into confirmed sales.

• Maintain call logs, update CRM systems, and ensure data accuracy.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle queries or objections professionally.

• Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams when required.

• Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum HSC / Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 0–3 years of experience in tele-calling or telesales; experience in insurance sales preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.

• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in data entry.

• Fixed: As per company norms.
