Job Description – Domestic BPO
Position: Customer Service Executive
Process: Outbound / Inbound
Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call details.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Fresher or Minimum 6 Months BPO Experience.
- Qualification: HSC or Graduate.
- Good communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work in a day shift.
- Candidates should be comfortable with rotational weekly offs.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 In-Hand.
- Shift: Day Shift.
- Week Off: 1 Rotational Off.
- Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
