Job Description
Uhired Consultancy is hiring candidates for Domestic BPO Inbound and Outbound processes in Thane and Navi Mumbai.
Candidates with good English communication skills and a customer-focused approach are encouraged to apply. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Communicate professionally with customers in English.
- Assist customers with their queries and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain professional communication and service standards.
