Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Customer Calling & Engagement
Make 25+ daily calls to customers
Maintain relationships, handle queries and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
Connect with customers who have reduced or stopped buying and work on reactivation
🔹 Brand Promotion
- Present our’ range of brands confidently
- Match customer needs with the right product
- Share updates on new products, offers and brand information
🔹 Coordination with Brand Partners
- Schedule and support meetings with principal brand partners
- Collaborate with partner sales teams to identify growth opportunities
🔹 Sales Support & Reporting
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets
- Track call data, orders, customer categories and performance trends
- Suggest strategies for improving customer engagement and sales
What We’re Looking For
✔1+ years of FMCG sales experience preferably but not compulsory
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to handle call volumes with accuracy
✔ Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
✔ Team-oriented and flexible approach
Salary: Based on current package & experience. Maximum budget 30K
