Call the customer and clearly explain the issue
Help the customer understand their credit report
Guide them on what to do next (like raising a dispute or improving score)
Close the customer’s query properly
Update details in the system

Graduate (any field)
Marathi speaking preferred, Male candidate, Experience in customer support or banking/Finance is a plus
