Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively finding new business through cold calling, emails, networking, and social media.
Sales & Negotiations: Presenting products/services, negotiating pricing/terms, and closing deals to meet monthly or annual targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Building trust with clients, following up, handling objections, and providing after-sales support to ensure satisfaction.
Reporting & Analysis: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting on sales data/trends.
Market Knowledge: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to effectively position products.
Support & Collaboration: Liaising with marketing and support teams for a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
