Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional yet approachable demeanor.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Candidates with proficiency in regional languages like Tamil, Telugu, Tulu, Kannada, Malayalam, or Bengali will be preferred.

Experience:

1–2 years of BPO sales experience (mandatory) – preferably in outbound, target-driven roles.

Share market knowledge/experience will be considered an added advantage.

Education: Minimum qualification – Graduation.

Age Limit: Up to 35 years.

Skills: Strong sales orientation, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, and basic mathematical skills are essential.
