We cater to interior designers, hotels, architects, and collectors across India and abroad.We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive who can represent our brand with enthusiasm, build strong client relationships, and convert leads into successful sales.---Job Summary:The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers via phone or WhatsApp, promoting our range of antique and luxury furniture, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role involves lead generation, product presentation, and regular follow-ups with clients, ensuring a smooth and professional sales experience.---Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential buyers, designers, and architects to introduce INDIA VINTAGE’s product range.Handle inquiries received from social media, website, exhibitions, and WhatsApp with prompt and professional communication.Explain product details — including material, finish, size, and historical background — effectively to clients.Share product images, videos, and catalogs through digital platforms for better engagement.Convert inquiries into confirmed sales while meeting monthly sales targets.Follow up regularly with interested clients and ensure clear communication till order confirmation.Maintain customer information, call logs, and sales progress in CRM or Excel sheets.Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for smooth post-sale execution.Build and maintain long-term relationships with repeat and high-value clients.Collaborate with the marketing team to provide client feedback and suggestions for new strategies.---Skills & Competencies:Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Confidence and clarity in phone communication.Ability to handle customer queries and objections positively.Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-up skills.Basic computer knowledge (Email, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, CRM).Understanding or interest in luxury furniture, handicrafts, or décor industry preferred.---Qualifications & Experience:Minimum: 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.1–3 years of experience in tele sales, customer service, or inside sales preferred.Freshers with strong communication and interest in sales are welcome to apply.---What We Offer:Opportunity to work in the luxury furniture and décor segment.Exposure to national and international clients.Supportive and creative work environment.Attractive salary package with performance-based incentives.Send your resume and a short introduction voice note or video to:📩 sudarshan@himaliyanart.com📞 +91 90013 37200📸 Instagram: @indiavintagedecor
