About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and empathetic Sales Executive to join our team in Gurugram. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role ideal for someone who is great at communication, quick on their feet, and genuinely cares about helping people—especially patients.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound/outbound leads to guide patients through our services
Build trust with patients through clear, compassionate communication
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience from inquiry to service completion
Manage and update CRM with lead interactions and progress
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality
Meet daily/weekly sales and follow-up targets
What We’re Looking For
0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or telecalling
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
A strong sense of empathy and patience when speaking to patients
"Get things done" attitude with the ability to work under pressure
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Proficiency in using basic tools (CRM, Excel, etc.) is a plus
Open to rotational shifts and working on weekends (with weekday offs)
