Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries related to Health Insurance policies
• Provide accurate information and resolve queries via phone and email
• Assist customers with policy renewals, claims, and documentation
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution
Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, English, Tamil, or Telugu
