Customer Sales Executive

Salary: Fixed + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.

- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate packaging solutions.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of orders.

- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales in CRM.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales or customer advisory roles.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

- Strong knowledge of packaging materials and solutions (preferred but not mandatory).

- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
