We are hiring experienced sales professionals for an exciting opportunity in the insurance sales process.

Position: Customer Sales Executive
Process: Term & Health Insurance Sales
Department: Voice Process
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Incentives: Up to ₹1,00,000
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Week Off: Any 1 rotational week off
Eligibility Criteria
Non-Linguistic Requirement
End-to-end Term & Health Insurance sales experience is mandatory.
Candidates with 3–6 months of recent sales experience may apply.
Lead generation experience alone will not be considered.
Linguistic Requirement
Candidates with sales experience in any of the following languages can apply:
Hindi
Marathi
Telugu
Tamil
Kannada
Malayalam
Additional Eligibility
Minimum 1 year of sales experience is preferred for the linguistic process.
Candidates with experience in any sales domain can apply for the linguistic process.
Credit card sales experience will not be considered.
Good communication, convincing and negotiation skills are required.
Candidates must be comfortable with a target-based sales process.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer calls related to insurance sales.
Explain Term and Health Insurance products to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain accurate customer information and sales records.
