Customer Relationship Manager

We are a wholesaler of sarees, suits, kurtis, and lehengas, looking for a female CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Executive, preferably married and above 30 years of age, with 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management.

The ideal candidate should be confident in handling clients, maintaining relationships, and managing sales follow-ups effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Maintain and update client data in CRM software or Google Sheets.

• Follow up with retailers, boutique owners, and regular clients for orders and payments.

• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Prepare simple reports on daily calls, sales follow-ups, and order updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales / CRM / Telesales.

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English preferred).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business).

• Age: 30 years and above

• Marital Status: Married (preferred)

• Should be polite, responsible, and good at maintaining customer relationships.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
