Job Description:
RS Caterers is hiring a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to manage customer data, support internal coordination, and maintain strong client relationships. The role requires accuracy, organization, and a customer-focused approach to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update customer and client information accurately in the CRM system.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely corrections of errors or irregularities.

• Maintain and organize physical and digital customer records for easy access.

• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback professionally.

• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer service and operations.

• Generate CRM reports and summaries for internal review and decision-making.

• Assist with administrative tasks when required.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and company information.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: As per company requirement

• Experience: Relevant experience preferred

• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, email).

• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work 6 days a week with rotational week off.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
