1. Thane-Turbo Outbound

Process: Turbo-Outbound Sales - Selling of Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Credit Cards, Home Loans, Loans Against Property, Personal Loans, Education Loans, General Insurance, Life Insurance, Mutual Funds.

2. Juinagar-EMI Collections

OS EMI - Candidates need to convince customers to pay their outstanding amount in EMIs. Candidates from any sales or collection background are preferred, with good English communication skills.

LOC - Candidates need to sell loans to customers on the credit card they have already purchased (such as a personal loan).

Candidates from a hardcore sales background are preferred, with basic and good English communication skills.

ACTIVATION - Candidates need to call existing customers and activate their credit cards. Candidates from inbound are preferred, with excellent English communication skills.

RETENTION - Candidates need to call existing customers and retain them to not cancel their credit cards. Candidates from inbound are preferred, with excellent English communication skills.

➡️ Fixed Shift: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (8 hours working with 1 hour break)

➡️ Week Offs: 2nd & 4th week Saturday & Sunday off (If the process requires, then the candidate has to work on Saturday as well)

1st and 3rd week only Sunday off.

Plus all bank holidays and Sunday fixed off.

➡️ Salary: 18K Net - 35K Net plus Floor Incentives (Higher salary only for candidates who has Banking and Insurance Slaes experience)

➡️ Eligibility Criteria: Graduate fresher or any graduate with experience.

➡️ Age: Up to 32 Years

➡️ Location:

1. Kasarvadavli - Thane-West (Pick and Drop from Thane Station).

2. Juinagar, Near Railway Station.

➡️ Rounds of Interview:

Manager

PMAP-English Test
