Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Relationship Managers for our Service vertical, handling inbound
customer queries via voice process. The role involves addressing customer concerns,
delivering prompt resolutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional
communication and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound voice-based customer queries and service requests
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues
• Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction
• Document interactions and update customer records accurately
• Work collaboratively across verticals: CRT, RIO, and E-Channel
Shift Details:
• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Shift Timing (Rotational):
o Male candidates: Round-the-clock rotational shifts
o Female candidates: Day rotational shifts only (till 8:30 PM)
o Fixed Shift (RIO): 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
o Fixed Shift (E-Channel): 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Week Off: 2 rotational offs
Requirements:
• Strong verbal communication in English & Hindi
• Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
